We know that like all businesses related to agriculture and the world of wine changes are not sudden affair.
But the small changes and innovations help businesses to evolve as our historical and improve over time, surviving the economic and social changes.
And 'so we decided to sovrainnestare in a green part of the vineyard currently planted to Cabernet Frank, with the Lagrein.
The grafting is nel'innestare to green, or enter, a gem of another variety (in our case the Lagrein) on a bud of the old varieties (ie Cabernet Frank).
The advantages of grafting compared to replant are essentially three:
1.in almost two years back in full production, with only one year of lost production
2.They there are costs of renovation of the
3. we have an already well-developed root system that characterizes the plant water balance and absorption of minerals.
Lagrein is ideal for vineyards in question is from a point of view that soil microclimate. This variety is also native and typical of our region.
With enthusiasm therefore expect the first harvest of this new Lagrein!
